Your hauler does its thing

The truck comes on its normal schedule and empties the carts. Nothing changes about your regular trash and recycling service.

Bins back, same day

After collection, we return the empty carts to their spot by the house or garage — and you get a text that the job's done.

What happens if you're sick or out of town?

Your bins still make it to the curb. Family backup is built into every route — that's the whole reason this works as a real service and not a hobby.

Do you need my gate code or garage access?

Only if your carts live behind one. We keep access details private, use them only on pickup day, and always latch gates behind us.

What about rain, cold, or the week of Thanksgiving?

Rain or shine, we roll. When your hauler shifts the schedule for a holiday, we track the change and adjust automatically — you'll get your normal confirmation text on the new day.

How do I pay?

Monthly, by card or bank link — no cash envelopes, no checks under the doormat. Pause for a month or cancel anytime with a text.
